[PFA Acid Cleaning Bottle Pack Introduction Case] Organic Solvent Manufacturer Company B

Company B, a manufacturer of organic solvents, is developing new solvents related to advanced semiconductor mass production technology. The products currently under development at the company contain extremely low levels of metal ions, making the previously used PFA bottles unsuitable due to excessive metal ion leaching from the containers. Attempts to perform acid cleaning in-house did not result in a decrease in ion levels. As a solution, they introduced a "PFA Acid-Cleaned Bottle Pack" with stable metal ion levels ranging from 30 ppt to 1 ppt. 【Case Study】 <Problems> ■ The previously used PFA bottles cannot be used due to extremely low metal ion content in the solvents. ■ Attempts at in-house acid cleaning do not lower ion levels. ■ There is a need to budget for expensive consumables as new PFA bottles must be purchased each time. <Solution> ■ Adoption of the PFA Acid-Cleaned Bottle Pack (reusable). <Result/Effect> ■ Immediately available for chemical evaluation after opening. ■ Stable metal ion leaching levels around 10 ppt for 20 target metal ions. ■ PFA itself is a highly chemical-resistant resin, allowing for repeated use. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
